Order handling

  • Orders confirm instantly; we reserve your books so they cannot be oversold.
  • Tracking links are issued as soon as a label is created.
  • Invoices are sent by email; we can re-issue with company details on request.

Cancellations & changes

  • Free cancellations until a tracking number is assigned.
  • Address updates are possible until dispatch; email us and we’ll adjust.
  • If a title is unavailable, you can swap it or get a fast refund.

Returns & refunds

  • Unopened books can be returned within 14 days of delivery (you cover return postage).
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
  • Damaged-in-transit items are replaced or refunded — send photos so we can file a claim.

U.S. delivery timing

The U.S. postal lane is temporarily paused while carriers adjust to new import rules (de minimis duty changes). If you place a U.S. order, we reserve your books and dispatch them the moment the lane reopens. Current expectation from carriers: ~1–3 months. Prefer not to wait? Email us for a same-day refund.
