Using RusLibrary

By accessing the storefront or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to provide accurate information. You must be legally capable of entering a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction and may not misuse, disrupt, scrape abusively, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

Catalog, pricing, and availability

We work to keep titles, covers, formats, descriptions, prices, and stock accurate. Publishers may change cover art or minor edition details, and errors can occur. We may correct information, limit quantities, substitute only with your approval, or cancel and refund an unavailable title.

Orders and payment

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and we confirm it for fulfilment. Payment methods shown at checkout are processed by third parties. Your bank or wallet provider may apply currency conversion or network fees outside our control.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery windows are estimates affected by destination, customs, carrier capacity, and final-mile handling. You are responsible for a complete deliverable address and any lawful import duties or restrictions. Tracking is sent by email when available, and risk transfers as required by applicable consumer law.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellation is usually possible before packing begins. Eligible unopened books may be returned under the Store Policy, while damaged, incorrect, or materially different items should be reported promptly with photos. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processing time depends on the provider.

Accounts and communications

You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. Most customers may check out without registering, but a working email address is required for order confirmation, tracking, support, and secure access to order information.

Intellectual property

The storefront software, branding, original copy, and presentation belong to RusLibrary or its licensors. Book covers, excerpts, publisher marks, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for catalog and sale purposes.

Liability and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, RusLibrary is not liable for indirect losses or events outside reasonable control. We may update these terms and will publish the effective date on this page.
