В мире, где магические существа, такие как ведьмы, колдуны и анималы, живут среди людей в Москве, существует Министерство магического надзора. Его медиаторы следят за соблюдением закона магическим народом, который не всегда доволен установленным порядком. Столетие назад медиаторы получили возможность заимствовать магию, обеспечив подчинение существ закону. Теперь анималов штрафуют за нарушения, а колдуны обязаны проходить миграционный учёт. Не все готовы смириться с таким положением дел, и назревает война, где магический народ объединяется против Министерства.

In a world where magical beings like witches, sorcerers, and animals live among humans in Moscow, the Ministry of Magical Oversight enforces order. Mediators ensure that the magical populace, who are not always content with the established rules, comply with the law. A century ago, mediators gained the ability to borrow magic, compelling supernatural creatures to obey. Now, animals face fines for transforming in unauthorized locations, and sorcerers must register for migration. Not all are willing to accept this status quo, and a war is brewing as the magical people unite against the Ministry.
