Harry Potter anticipates the end of his holiday with the Dursleys. However, a house-elf warns him of grave danger at Hogwarts. Upon returning to the castle, Harry learns of a Chamber of Secrets and its terrifying contents for wizards of Muggle parentage. Students are found petrified, and a chilling message is painted on the wall. Harry becomes the prime suspect, but a more sinister force is at play.
