Glacier explorers in Greenland stumble upon an Arabic vessel that arrived a century before the Vikings. It carries a deadly cargo of ancient bronze mechanisms. A mechanical map, crafted from gold and gems, reveals a perilous journey from Troy to Odysseus's kingdom, mirroring Homer's epic. Its primary function, however, is to pinpoint the location of the real, not mythical, Tartarus, the ancient Greek underworld. A high-tech organization of religious fanatics hunts for this artifact, aiming to unleash legendary creatures and trigger an apocalypse, but the Sigma special unit stands in their way.
