In Paris, 1866, Baroness Sylvie Devereux is confronted by her estranged sister, Charlotte. Fearing her past as a spirit medium has resurfaced, Sylvie is drawn into one final deception to help Charlotte pay their father’s debts. Their target is the de Jacquinot family, wealthy aristocrats who believe their home is haunted by a murdered ancestor.
