In the valleys of Kashmir, teenage boys gather by the water to play cricket and share their lives. Years later, as violence engulfs the region, many have disappeared. Only the local headman's son remains, aware that his friends have crossed the border into Pakistan to join militant groups fighting the Indian army.
Torn by an impossible choice, he is compelled by an Indian army Captain to navigate the dangerous territory between opposing sides. He becomes a ghost walking among the fallen, his fate as uncertain as that of his lost companions.
