Простой работяга и поисковик Антон Лушин отправляется в экспедицию по поиску павших красноармейцев. Anton Lushin, an ordinary worker and searcher, embarks on an expedition to find fallen Red Army soldiers. At a site of mass casualties, he discovers a mysterious veil that transports him to the past, into the midst of the battles for Rzhev in the spring of 1942. Posing as a deceased political commissar, Lushin finds himself on the front lines, where the Red Army is suffering heavy losses in the brutal fighting for the Rzhev Outpost. Can a man from the future influence events, even within his own company?
