Life in the frozen Canadian North presents constant dangers for both humans and animals. For a wolf named White Fang, survival is a daily struggle for food, a fight where many perish. His encounters with the region's inhabitants, first Indigenous peoples and later European settlers, lead him to adapt and live alongside them, much like a dog. However, the nature of human interaction varies greatly, with some individuals showing kindness and others cruelty.
