Aidan Cain faces a difficult period after his grandmother's death and relocation to a foster home, only to find himself targeted by malevolent entities. He seeks refuge with a powerful sorcerer his grandmother mentioned, residing at Melstone House.
Upon arrival, Aidan discovers the sorcerer's grandson, Andrew, has inherited the estate. Andrew possesses magical abilities, as do others at Melstone, but lacks knowledge of his grandfather's teachings. Meanwhile, a malevolent neighbor drains power from the land, magic bleeds between dimensions, and Aidan's pursuers are closing in.
If Aidan and Andrew can master their respective magics, they might find a way to help each other and prevent the surrounding area from descending into chaos.
